My appointment was with David Everett. It began with a visual inspection of my ears, then he did my annual hearing test, while my hearing aids were being cleaned. He explained the changes in my hearing, and then updated the software in my hearing aids. After that, he used the information from my hearing test to make changes in them. After inserting the hearing aids he tweaked them some more while asking questions about how they sounded. He was very thorough and took time to make sure I was satisfied with the new settings.

The Shea Clinic staff is second to none. There’s a sign when you first walk in that asks for everyone to be “Patient and Kind”. It’s very easy to obey their instructions because they exemplify patience, kindness and professionalism! Dr. Ahmed and Shelby were awesome! I would recommend Shea Clinic to anyone. 5-STAR SERVICE!!!!

Finally having the volume on the TV normal for my wife is pretty cool. And to stream the TV sound wirelessly, without having a cord hanging over me, feels very free and natural for me.
Speech understanding is so much clearer now with this newest technology. I have worn hearing aids for more than six years, but with all the improvements in technology, I now have a clearer understanding of what is being said. I always had problems with consonants like C’s and T’s while listening to Wheel of Fortune but now, that challenge is no more. I highly recommend Shea Hearing Aid Center.
