Hi, This is my second medical issue that the Shea clinic has addressed for me. About five years ago the clinic treated me for a severe sinus issue. This time it was for ringing in my ears, tinnitus. The staff,technicians, and specifically Dr. Shea addressed my issue this time. He took the time to explain the issue, explained the typical cause of the issue and the usual treatment options. I was thoroughly satisfied with the amount of time taken so that I can intelligently determine in which direction was appropriate for me. I would absolutely refer the Shea clinic to others.

On December 22 I received a gift - Dr. Hall listened to my two concerns (hearing loss) & (vertigo) offered in office consultation, recommendations, a few tests and I left with solutions to both issues. Thank you to all the staff at Shea Clinic, polite, friendly, encouraging words and professional demeanor. A quote from Richard Branson, (entrepreneur, business magnate, and philanthropist), “There’s no magic formula for great company culture. The key is just to treat your staff how you would like to be treated.” Shea Clinic exemplifies this spirit.

Arrived early and had my hearing test done promptly and done with professionalism. The audiologist explained all that she was doing all along the way. I then waited to see Dr Shea. Evidently he had some lengthy evals with the patients before me and thus it was two hours after my appointment time that I was able to see him. I appreciate his taking the time with those that need his time - I was there for a checkup following a profusion six weeks earlier. My hearing had improved and thus am pleased with Shea clinic and how Dr Shea is handling my condition. The staff is very friendly and informative all along the way. The only thing I would ask is when there is a delay such as I had today for someone to make sure I knew they had not forgotten about me.

The staff were very professional, efficient, engaging, and cordial. They explained every step of the testing and subsequent presentation of options for hearing loss correction. Aids were programed on the spot so l could assess the difference. I have tremendous respect for Shea clinic. I accompanied my father there years ago. Now, l believe l will become a client.

I went to the Shea clinic for a hearing test. Everyone there was great. Joyce got me Checked in as soon as I arrived and then Melissa came and she had me take Cognivue view screening, and then complete hearing test. After completion of test, she reviewed them with me and did a thorough job of explaining the results and also provided me a copy of Cognivue results. I was in and out in 45 to 50 minutes

Finally having the volume on the TV normal for my wife is pretty cool. And to stream the TV sound wirelessly, without having a cord hanging over me, feels very free and natural for me.
Speech understanding is so much clearer now with this newest technology. I have worn hearing aids for more than six years, but with all the improvements in technology, I now have a clearer understanding of what is being said. I always had problems with consonants like C’s and T’s while listening to Wheel of Fortune but now, that challenge is no more. I highly recommend Shea Hearing Aid Center.
