Giving Back So Others Gain Better Hearing
Posted by Shea Hearing Aid Center on December 05, 2014
Did you hear all the talk about Giving Tuesday
this week? In case you missed it, Giving Tuesday is the Tuesday after Black Friday and Cyber Monday dedicated to giving back to those in need. On Tuesday, charities, families, businesses, community centers and students around the world came together for one common purpose: to celebrate generosity and to give.
We believe Giving Tuesday is a wonderful day but what if you missed out? If you still want to give, consider donating to the Starkey Hearing Foundation. As you may know, we are strong supporters of the Starkey Hearing Foundation and believe in their work of giving hearing aids to needy people around the world. That is why a portion of the proceeds of every one of our NuEar hearing aids that we sell goes back to the Foundation.
If you’d like to give back to the Starkey Hearing Foundation, consider donating an old pair of hearing aids. They’ll find a loving home with someone who really needs them around the world! Click the link for information about how to donate your hearing aids: http://www.starkeyhearingfoundation.org/take_action#/hearing-aid-recycling.
If you don’t have a pair of hearing aids, but would still like to give a monetary donation, click here: http://give.starkeyhearingfoundation.org/.
We all can do a little bit to give back, especially during this season of giving. Thank you for giving back so that the world may hear. If you have any questions about donating your hearing aids, please call or email us here. We’re happy to help!
